TERMS OF USE AND DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with Brazilian legislation on data protection and/or applicable international legislation, the customer authorizes ApexBrasil based on this form, to access, use, maintain and process, electronically and manually, personal information and data collected by ApexBrasil or provided by the customer ("Protected Data") compatible with the purposes of this form, action / product now subscribed to, including, for information and advertising purposes. ApexBrasil will use such data regarding the execution, and coordination with partners in the related initiatives. If applicable, it will also use them for customer communication and research, restricted to activities / information regarding the agreed upon object and/or other products / services provided by ApexBrasil, that are in line with the customer's profile (strategic segmentation). 2. ApexBrasil will delete protected personal information in the following cases: (i) cancellation of registration; or (ii) request for deletion of protected personal information. 2.1 As an exception, ApexBrasil will not delete protected personal information in case of legitimate interest to the respective use. For example, ApexBrasil may retain protected personal information, such as email address, device information, financial transaction identifiers ("hashes"), for purposes of: (i) dispute resolution; (ii) compliance with legal instruments; or (iii) to comply with legal requirements or requests coming from competent authorities. In such cases, protected personal information may not be used for any purpose other than those specified herein. In addition, for users of our websites and other products and services, the personal information will be collected, processed and stored directly or indirectly by ApexBrasil and / or suppliers of products or services / partner bodies of the Agency, also subject to the same standards of data protection and security, as provided by law. In addition, such information may be transferred to our servers in Brazil or other countries where ApexBrasil operates a branch or business. 3.1 Regardless of where the information is located, ApexBrasil takes responsible measures to protect your privacy rights, based primarily on the principles governing data protection legislation, especially your express consent and the legitimacy of interest of the use. If you do not agree with the collection, processing, storage and transfer of your information, do not provide the information when requested and stop using our websites and other products and services.
